It is not uncommon to see production sites
where employees refer to humanoid robots
as if they were people.

While making adjustments during the on-site startup of equipment,
a staff member watching over the process remarked,
"He's running smoothly," and "She needs a little more time."
Referring to them as "he" or "she"
seems to indicate a real feeling of affection.

I like the fact that they don't just look cool, but can also do difficult applications.
I want to take videos to show them off to others.

When I visited the site where the robots were installed
and saw the specially made business cards and name tags,
I felt a sense of pride and thought,
"There are no other industrial robots like them."

During the implementation test, it was striking to hear the on-site staff saying,
"Come on, XX,"
calling the humanoid robots by name.

In front of the company cafeteria at one of our client's facilities,
a bulletin board displays the names and photos of
production line workers and robots side by side.

Some of our clients have their robots take breaks
along with the employees.
One of the customers said,
"Even robots get tired."
